Our metered fares follow the official Aberdeenshire Council tariff (from 1 December 2024). Card payments are accepted with no extra card payment fees.

- Standard rate applies at all times outside the late-night and festive periods.
- Late night: Mon–Thu 10pm–6am, weekends Fri 6pm–Mon 6am, and public holidays 6am–10pm.
- Festive: 6pm 24 Dec–6am 27 Dec, 6pm 31 Dec–6am 3 Jan, and December weekends (Fri 6pm–Sun 6am).
- More than four passengers may add a surcharge of up to 50%. Airport charges may apply.
Fares are set by Aberdeenshire Council and shown on the meter. Ask your driver for an estimate before travelling if you'd like one.

Taxi Booking & Cancellation Policy
Aberdeenshire Cabs Terms and Conditions.
1.Fare Structure
All standard fares are calculated in accordance with the tariff rates set by Aberdeenshire Council. For regular customers, discounted rates or fixed prices may be agreed in advance at the driver's discretion.
2.Booking Confirmation
Once a booking is accepted by the driver, a service agreement is formed between the driver and the passenger.
3.Cancellation by Passenger
If a passenger cancels the booking after the driver has started travelling to the pickup location, a cancellation fee may apply.
4.Cancellation Fee
A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the estimated fare for the booked journey may be charged, based on the applicable tariff rates set by Aberdeenshire Council for the relevant distance. The exact amount will depend on the distance and time already travelled by the driver at the point of cancellation.
5.No-Show Policy
If the passenger does not appear at the agreed pickup location within a reasonable time, for example 5 minutes, this will be treated as a cancellation and a fee may apply.
6.Passenger Responsibility
Passengers must provide accurate pickup details and be ready at the agreed time.
7.Driver Discretion
The driver reserves the right to apply, reduce, or waive any charges depending on the circumstances.
